A kickoff call then confirms your tools and access, and we install it in your own accounts, connect it and test it on real work. At handover we walk your team through it.
Yes. We start with the tools you already use and connect what the work needs, whether that is your CRM, calendar, inbox or project tools. We can lead the whole engagement or work alongside your own team, developers and vendors. If something would need replacing, we tell you and scope it with you first.
It depends on the scope, the integrations involved, how ready your content is and how quickly reviews come back. Once the project is framed, you get a clear timeline and milestone plan before work begins.
