Refund Policy

GetEducated.ai is a digital education platform. When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to courses, live sessions, templates, community resources, and other digital materials.

1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this platform and the immediate access provided after purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly plans, annual plans, renewals, upgrades, and any unused time in a billing period.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not be charged again, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@geteducated.ai. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Logging into your account and navigating to Settings - Subscription - Cancel Plan
• Emailing us at info@geteducated.ai with your account email and cancellation request
