The brief
Start with the tension, not the treatment.
The project starts from a category full of promise but short on proof: products are often presented with sparse documentation, purity language does too much of the selling, and cold-chain handling is treated as an afterthought.
The design challenge was to create a premium apothecary that could carry technical information without becoming clinical, noisy, or generic — and to make that discipline legible across the brand, packaging, product system, and commerce experience.
