These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GetEducated.ai (“GetEducated,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, communities, educational content, events, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By clicking “I ACCEPT,” creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Platform structure & roles

1.1 GetEducated.ai (Platform Operator)

GetEducated.ai operates a multi-host education and community ecosystem. We provide the platform infrastructure, access control, payment processing, security, and core operational systems that enable communities, programs, and educational content to function.

Unless otherwise stated, GetEducated.ai is responsible for platform-level governance and administration.

1.2 Community Hosts

Certain communities, programs, courses, events, or spaces within the Services are created and operated by independent founders, educators, leaders, or organizations (“Community Hosts”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

Community Hosts are responsible for the content, guidance, programming, and experiences they provide.
GetEducated does not guarantee outcomes and is not responsible for Host decisions, advice, representations, or results.
Participation in any Host-led community is voluntary and at your own discretion.

1.3 Community or Program-Specific Terms

Some communities or programs may present additional terms (“Community Terms”) at the time you join.
If Community Terms conflict with these Terms, the Community Terms apply only to that specific community or program.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

you are at least 18 years old;
you have not been suspended or removed from the Services; and
your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts & security

You may need to create an account to access the Services. You agree to:

provide accurate and complete information;
keep your login credentials secure; and
notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. License to use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal use or internal business use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or exploit the Services or content;
scrape, extract, or harvest data without written permission;
reverse engineer, bypass paywalls, or circumvent access controls.

5. Your content & conduct

5.1 Your Content

“Your Content” includes anything you post, submit, upload, or share through the Services (posts, comments, messages, files, images, audio/video, reflections, assignments, etc.). You retain ownership of Your Content.

5.2 License you grant GetEducated

You grant GetEducated a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, administer communities, and enforce platform policies.

5.3 Community visibility

You understand that Your Content may be visible to other members, Community Hosts, moderators, and platform administrators depending on platform settings.

5.4 Acceptable use

To protect the quality, safety, and integrity of the ecosystem, you agree not to:

violate laws or regulations;
harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate;
post unlawful, exploitative, hateful, or explicit content;
spam, phish, or collect member data without consent;
impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
upload malicious code or disrupt the Services;
use bots or automation to manipulate engagement;
share paid content outside the platform;
engage in unauthorized selling, lead harvesting, or unsolicited pitching unless explicitly permitted by both Community Terms and platform rules.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to protect the ecosystem.

6. Educational, wellness & results disclaimers

The Services may include educational content, discussions, templates, tools, coaching, or wellness-related material.

You acknowledge that:

the Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only;
we do not guarantee income, results, transformation, or outcomes;
your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and circumstances.

Any wellness, fitness, or mental performance content is not medical advice. Consult qualified professionals as needed.

7. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

7.1 Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing presented at checkout.

7.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or allowed under our refund policy.

7.3 Refund policy (7-day implementation-based)

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of first purchase for eligible purchases, designed to support genuine users while preventing misuse.

Refund requests may be approved if, within 7 days, you:

submit a written request to the designated support email;
provide a reasonable explanation of why the Services are not a fit; and
demonstrate good-faith participation (e.g., onboarding completion, reflections, implementation steps).

Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of excessive content consumption, copying or redistribution, policy violations, or chargebacks initiated outside the refund process.

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe and may exclude non-refundable processing fees where permitted by law.

Some Host-led programs may have separate refund terms presented at purchase.

8. AI-assisted features

The Services may include AI-assisted tools. You acknowledge that:

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete;
you are responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs;
AI features are provided “as is” and may change over time.

Use of AI features is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All platform design, software, and GetEducated materials are owned by GetEducated or its licensors.
Community Hosts retain ownership of their educational materials unless stated otherwise.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or sharing of paid content is a material breach and may result in termination without refund.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (including Circle and Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Use of those services may be governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or engage in conduct that harms members, Hosts, or the platform.

Termination may result in loss of access to communities and paid content, subject to applicable law and refund policies.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETEDUCATED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR
USD $100 (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT).

14. Disputes with Hosts or members

Disputes with Community Hosts or other members are between you and them. GetEducated is not responsible for Host-led content or member interactions.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
