1. Platform structure & roles

1.1 GetEducated.ai (Platform Operator)

GetEducated.ai operates the core platform infrastructure, including access management, payments, security, and governance.

Unless stated otherwise, GetEducated.ai acts as the Data Controller for personal information collected at the platform level and is responsible for platform-wide compliance, security, and administration.

1.2 Community Hosts (Founders & Leaders)

Certain areas of the platform are operated by independent Community Hosts, such as founders, educators, or leaders (including Indigo Collective and future communities).

Depending on the context:

• A Community Host may act as an independent Data Controller for information processed within their specific community, program, or offering.

• Hosts may establish their own content guidelines, engagement structures, and learning formats, provided they align with GetEducated.ai’s platform standards.

We encourage you to review any additional terms or privacy notices provided by a Community Host before engaging deeply within their community.

1.3 Platform Infrastructure Provider (Circle)

GetEducated.ai uses Circle as its community infrastructure provider. Circle processes certain personal information on our behalf to deliver platform functionality and may also process information for its own independent purposes (such as security and service reliability). Circle’s own privacy policy applies to their processing activities.

Community & educational activity

Payments & subscriptions

  Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details, though limited billing information (e.g., transaction IDs, last four digits) may be retained for accounting, compliance, and support.

• They are designed to support clarity, execution, and experience, not replace human judgment.
